Our family recipes were passed down from my auntie, who once served in the kitchens of the Royal Cambodian Family. We honor these traditions with only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients, letting every flavor shine.

When I moved to Melbourne, I realised how rare it was to find authentic Cambodian flavours. So I set out to change that — introducing this cuisine to Melburnians, one person at a time. My greatest joy is seeing guests’ faces light up when they taste it for the very first time.
